About MeSonia Erika is the kind of person, it seems, who could find an answer to any problem. When her immigrant parents informed her she was an illegal alien, she panicked and kicked into gear — the superlative student went ahead and got herself into Harvard on a full ride scholarship. The Harvard experience was difficult for Sonia, in response she created a video series about her experience as an undocumented student you can view on Youtube. Aside from being a creative, Sonia Erika is a serial entrepreneur. Before graduating college, Sonia, co-founded 3 weed organizations, the Cannabis Cultural Association, the Massachusetts Recreational Consumer Council, and EatMe.Land. All focus on creating some form of social equity. After being an illegal alien for 21 years, Sonia was finally able to return to Mexico with her parents. This project is focused on that experience. You can follow more of her work on @sonia.erika.likes.weed
