Submission Guidelines
The film grant is open to short and feature documentary and narratives films being made in Ukraine. Short films should be under 40 mins in length. Features should be over 40 minutes. To be considered, the film must be in-progress (production or post-production) with video material to share with the judges via the ScreeningRoom platform. Please submit a minimum 1-5 minute sample reel or scene material for short films, or 5-10 minute sample reel for feature films, along with a short synopsis of your film, plan to complete the film, and resumes for the key filmmaking team.
Video Guidelines
If you are submitting a short film, please submit a minimum 1-5 minute sample reel or rough cut from your short film-in-progress.
If you are submitting a feature film, please submit a minimum 5-10 minute sample reel or rough cut from your feature film-in-progress.

- resume
- short synopsis of the film
- short description of the plan to complete the film (budget needed, budget secured, edit plan, and what filming remains to be completed)
